A short list of the questions we are actually asked, and one address that reaches a person.

How do I fly?: Touch anywhere on the screen and the stick follows your thumb. Pull back to lift the nose, push forward to drop it and gather speed, and lean left or right to dip a wing and turn. In 1903 you also get a throttle for the engine.
I keep missing the landing strip.: Check the wind before you launch. Into a headwind, hold a flatter glide to reach the strip; with the wind behind you, start down early or you'll sail past it. Bring the wings level before you touch down — a wing low counts as a crash.
What's free, and what does the purchase unlock?: Missions 1.1 to 1.5 are free. At 1.5 you'll find one man can't run her off the dune: hire a second launch hand — a single $9.99 purchase — and every mission after that opens, through 1901, the wind tunnel, 1902 and the 1903 Flyer. No ads, no subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?: Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings (the gear on the start screen) and tap Restore Purchase. It's also on the offer screen itself.
Where is my progress saved?: On your device. It's included in your iPhone or iPad backup, so restoring a backup brings it back. Deleting the app deletes your progress.
Does the game need an internet connection?: No. Everything runs offline. The only time it talks to the internet is when you buy or restore the second launch hand through Apple.
